The terms and conditions that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ESoftWave website (esoftwave.com), our services and our WordPress plugins. By using the website, working with us, or buying or using a plugin license, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
ESoftWave provides website development, custom software, Oracle APEX development, website care, SEO and digital marketing services to clients around the world, and makes WordPress plugins: ESoftWave Project Manager, WaveMail, WaveReach and WaveLogin. ESoftWave is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Muhammad Muneeb, with its business address at Main Qaim Sain Road, Green View Colony, Raja Wala, Faisalabad, Pakistan. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send harmful or unlawful content.
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of any project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement between you and ESoftWave. Where those documents differ from these terms, the project agreement takes priority.
You agree to provide the accurate information, content, access and feedback needed to complete the project on time. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.
Payment terms, including any deposits and milestones, are stated in your proposal or invoice. Unless your proposal says otherwise, a 30% deposit is required to start a project, and it is non-refundable once work has begun. We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.
6.1 Free plugins. Our free plugins are free to use and are released under the GNU General Public License (version 2 or later).
6.2 Pro licenses. A Pro license is a one-time payment for the period you choose (for example 6 months, 1 year or lifetime). It lets you use the Pro plugin on the number of websites in your plan and includes updates and support while the license is active. There is no subscription: nothing renews or charges you automatically. Your license key is for your own use: do not share, publish or resell it. We may disable a key that is shared, resold, or bought with a payment that is later reversed.
6.3 When a license ends. Some Pro plugins pause their Pro features when the license ends or is deactivated; others keep working and only stop receiving updates. Each plugin’s page says which applies. Your data is never deleted, the free plugin keeps working, and you can renew at any time with the same key.
6.4 License checks. Pro plugins connect to our license server to confirm the license and to offer updates, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.5 Buying. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a license. Prices are shown in US dollars on each plugin’s page. We send you the payment details, and your license key arrives by email after payment.
6.6 Refunds. Our free plugins let you try the main features before you buy, so we do not refund a license because you changed your mind. Duplicate payments are refunded in full. Licenses whose key or download was not delivered, and licenses that do not work and that we cannot fix, are refunded minus the payment processing fee, which the payment provider does not return to us. Refunds are made on the amount we actually received; your own bank charges and currency conversion differences are your responsibility. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. 6.7 Support. You can ask for help through our support form. We reply as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee a response time. Support covers the features of our plugins; it does not include custom development, other plugins or themes, or problems with your hosting.
6.8 Your responsibility. You are responsible for how you use our plugins and for following the laws that apply to you. In particular, if you use WaveReach to find businesses or send emails, you are responsible for following email marketing and privacy laws (such as rules on consent, opt-outs and sender details) and the terms of any outside services you connect. Information you manage with our plugins is stored on your own website, and you are responsible for it.
6.9 Back up first. Plugins are provided “as is”. Please back up your website before installing or updating any plugin.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you once all fees have been paid in full. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licenses. The content and design of this website belong to ESoftWave and may not be copied without permission. Our plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License; the ESoftWave name, plugin names and logos are not.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work and your company name in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Our website, services and plugins may link to or rely on third-party services (such as hosting, payment, email or data services). We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites and services.
We take care to provide accurate information and high-quality work, but the website and our plugins are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ESoftWave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of this website, our services or our plugins. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Agreements made online — on our website, by email or on WhatsApp — are valid under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together; if that does not work, it will be decided by the courts of Pakistan. If you live in another country, you keep any consumer rights your country’s laws give you that cannot be excluded.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, with the date at the top. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
