How ESoftWave collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains what personal information ESoftWave (“we”, “us”) collects when you use esoftwave.com, our services, our client portal and our WordPress plugins; why we use it; how long we keep it; and the choices you have. We work with clients around the world.

In short

  • We collect only what we need to answer you, deliver our work, run plugin licenses and give support.
  • We never sell or rent your personal information.
  • Our plugins keep your website’s data on your own website — we do not receive it.
  • We keep support requests so we can help you faster next time, and delete them when you ask.
  • You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.

1. Who is responsible for your information

ESoftWave is based in Pakistan. We decide how and why your personal information is used, and we look after it in line with the laws of Pakistan — including the right to privacy in Article 14 of the Constitution and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 — and, where they apply to you, the privacy laws of your own country. You can reach us at info@esoftwave.com or through our contact page.

2. What we collect

  • When you contact us (contact, quote and booking forms, email, phone or WhatsApp): your name, email address, phone number, company, country and city, and what you tell us about your project.
  • When you apply for a job: the details in your application and your resume.
  • When you use our client portal: your account details, project messages, files, quotes, invoices and payment records, and a record of actions taken in the portal. To protect your account, we also record sign-in attempts (IP address, time and browser).
  • When you buy a Pro plugin license: your name, email address, the plugin and plan you bought, your license key, its dates and an order reference. Payments are handled by the payment service you use; we never receive or store your card details.
  • When you activate a Pro plugin on a website: the plugin connects to our license server and sends the website’s address, the license key, the plugin version and the WordPress and PHP versions. It checks in again regularly to confirm the license and to offer updates. Our plugins do not send us your website’s visitors, contacts, emails or other content you manage with them — that information stays on your own website.
  • When you ask for plugin support: your name, email address, the plugin and version, whether you use the free or Pro version, your website address, your license key or the email you bought with (to confirm your license), your message, any file you attach, and our replies.
  • When you browse our website: technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, recorded by our hosting and security tools, and the cookies described in section 6.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us run our business, and only what they need:

  • Hosting: our website, client portal, license server and support system run on Hostinger.
  • Email delivery: our emails are sent through an email delivery service.
  • Meta: the WhatsApp chat button opens WhatsApp, and the Meta Pixel measures visits from our ads. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.
  • Spam protection: our forms and sign-in page use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical details of your browser to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
  • Payment services you choose to pay with.
  • Authorities and advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
  • A new owner if our business is sold or transferred.

5. International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and work with clients around the world. Some of the services we use, such as hosting, email delivery and Meta, store information in other countries, so your information may be handled outside Pakistan or outside your own country. We only use services that protect information properly.

6. Cookies

  • Necessary cookies keep you signed in, protect forms and the portal, and remember choices such as light or dark display.
  • Advertising cookies from the Meta Pixel measure visits from our ads.
  • Third-party features, such as the WhatsApp chat button, may set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.
