Delivery & Cancellation Policy

How we deliver plugin licenses and services, and how you can cancel an order.

This policy explains how we deliver our plugin licenses and services, how long delivery takes, and how you can cancel an order. ESoftWave is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Muhammad Muneeb, with its business address at Main Qaim Sain Road, Green View Colony, Raja Wala, Faisalabad, Pakistan.

  • License keys and download links are emailed right after your payment is confirmed.
  • We deliver worldwide, with no shipping costs.
  • Services are delivered online, on the timeline agreed in your proposal.

1. Plugin licenses

Your license key and download link are sent by email to the address you give when you buy, usually within minutes after your payment is confirmed. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us — we will resend it.

2. Services and project work

Websites, software and other services are delivered online: files, website or app access, accounts and documentation. Delivery dates and milestones are set out in your written proposal, and we share progress with you regularly.

3. Where we deliver

We work with clients worldwide. Because everything is delivered online, there are no shipping costs, customs fees or physical delivery times.

4. Cancelling an order

  • Plugin licenses are delivered immediately, so an order can only be cancelled before the payment is completed. If you paid but did not receive your license key, contact us: we will deliver it or cancel the order and refund you.
  • Projects can be cancelled in writing at any time. The 30% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun; what else is refunded is explained in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery problems and complaints

To raise a complaint, use our support form, email support@esoftwave.com or call +92 319 4714925. Tell us your name, the product or service and, if you bought something, your order reference. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If you are not happy with our answer, email the owner, Muhammad Muneeb, at muneeb@esoftwave.com.
